why does this happen

why when i search "microsoft learn" everything pops up microsoft but google shows up instead of microsoft learn

Those are ads Google use Co nected with the keywords you search for. This is how Google search works, the top options are ads connected to the keywords you are using. When you scroll passed the two adds the top choice is Microsoft learn.

    It says AD in front so it's an ad.
