my pc is a company pc, with Windows installed, the administrator of this pc was set up by a staff member who quit a few year ago with his email address, so we do not have any permission, in this case, what can we do to remove her personal email address without having his e-mail password and get permission?

- If this use is logged in to this computer with domain account, you could contact your domain administrator to reset this mailbox's password. Then you will could login this computer and modify administrator permission.
- If this user logged in to this computer with his personal Microsoft account, you will cannot delete it. You need to check whether there exists another administrator on this computer or reinstall Windows for this computer.
