Editing a user in Azure AD B2C tenant

I added a user (Create Azure AD B2C user) and now want to add information like address. However the EDIT link/button is disabled. What can I do to enable editing. I can edit my own user but not the new one I created.

    Don't ask me how, but I can now edit the user. All I did was check what roles I have.
