I am currently working on a project in which I used to develop in WPF using .net libraries.
Does this application will also work fine with Windows 11?

    Yes.
    WPF is part of .NET, as said in the definition (What is Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)?)
    and Windows 11 supports .NET from 3.1 to 6 : Install .NET on Windows
