Outlook on iOS not displaying email content properly

Has anyone come across this problem with the Outlook app on iOS - emails from certain providers have stopped showing properly, one example is Zendesk. On this Loom I recorded you can see the email will display only one character per line but then fine once the screen is turned off and back on again.
