Microsoft Learn - cannot set up a Collection

Question

I am trying to set up a Collection in Learn for colleagues to take but when I click on my profile it does not give me the option for collections as per the guide: on FAQ page, I am an educator and have a ac.uk account, is this something that an admin needs to alter in the settings and if so what is it please.

@Marc Storey I noticed the tutorial I read online had a different view from my account. I clicked on my profile picture then went to Profile and Collections was in the left menu. Once there, at the bottom, there was the "+ New collection" option to create a collection.

Yes this was only evident once I saved a module directly form Learn it was not there initially.
