Can somebody help me with Powershell-Script

Question

I am currently doing a powershell script, that sets up the PC, but i can't find out how to do that functions. The PC has freshly installed Windows 10 on it. I want to use it on Windows Home and Windows Pro, so it should be in the Registry and not the GPO. I would be satisfied with only one thing solved if you can't solve everything! :) Thank you for your time!

Control panel:

• Turning off the screen only works manually
  
  

System:

• Notifications 1-5 have to be turned off. All checkboxes have to be unchecked
  
• Turn off notification assistant
  

Personalization:

• remove recently added and opened apps from start-layout
• remove all keyboard languages accept one specific (In that case it would be de-CH)
• Turn off microphone icon on taskbar
• Remove input indicator/position/microphone system icons you can find it under Personalize => Taskbar => Enable or Disable Icons (Or something)
  

Update & Security:

• Delivery Optimization off It has to be like that
  
• Autostart everything off except Realtek/Intel
• File-Explorer Menubar has to be pinned That one has to be pinned

For settings related to power managment, use "powercfg.exe":

For notifications (and other things), you can set the LOCAL policies in the registry:
