Flat loading leads in different alphabets

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone tried flat loading (batch loading directly from excel) leads into Dynamics 365 CRM that were not in English? I mean leads in Chinese/Japanese/Arabic/Russian.
Is there a way to do it, so the leads stay in the original language/alphabet?
