Why I am being charged from my credits even i havent created any virtual machine?

I am being charged from my credits that i had got from student plan. I have created a Virtual Machine but now i stopped that Virtual Machine and deleted it also. Now I have not done any activity which can cost me my credits and not created any Virtual Machine after that, then also I am being charged and because of that i had lost my almost 17$ credits.Please help me with this.

    lost moneys while did not use any (...as far as i know as a new signup for 2 days). i can not find a way to see what is was charged for. i believe it should be easy to see the status of the account credit. this does not give a lot of confidence to go ahead since a credit card is linked.

    Hope someone at Azure can do something to give confidence back.
