Why I am being charged from my credits even i havent created any virtual machine?

I am being charged from my credits that i had got from student plan. I have created a Virtual Machine but now i stopped that Virtual Machine and deleted it also. Now I have not done any activity which can cost me my credits and not created any Virtual Machine after that, then also I am being charged and because of that i had lost my almost 17$ credits.Please help me with this.

We would be more than glad to help you regarding your query. However, this would require further investigation into your subscription and also would require some PII details to understand the billing on your subscription that has resulted in deductions on your credit card.I recommend you please reach out to Azure billing and subscription management team by raising a support request using this link. The ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a quick resolution to your issue.
Note: There's no added cost to raising a subscription or billing related issue.
