Cant purchase Microsoft Teams Phone Standard – Virtual User

Please I need your help on this.

I tried purchasing Microsoft Teams Phone Standard- Virtual User License but is not showing up in add on the category in purchase services.

How do i resolve this problem.

I checked it in my Microsoft 365 admin center and noticed that the "Microsoft Teams Phone Standard- Virtual User License" can be found after clicking "See all Add-Ons products":
