Hello Teams Community,
Please I need your help on this.
A user is seeing lots of missed calls in Teams. We have a TeamsLink System integrated and only 1 user is having this issue.
Please see screenshots of examples on 2 different occasions. Which seems to have an issue with receiving multiple missed calls from the same sender.
The person would only have called once.

Do you mean this user only call once but the receiver see multiple missed calls from their Teams client?
Does this issue persist all the time?
Considering it only happened in only one user, we firstly recommend you try to clear your Teams client cache file by following these steps:
1)Fully close Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
2)While holding the Windows () key, press R to open Windows Run, then copy and paste the following into the box and click OK:%appdata%\Microsoft3)Find the Teams folder, then right click it and select Delete, then restart Teams client and check if it can be reproduced.

Someone from the social care system in UK is using this error to undermine me in my parenting assesment with the risk that my daughter doesnt come in my care. I have been acused to have called her 86 times. I have instructed the social worker that it's a mistake and even advised that she checks with the IT department and have even sent her the link to this forum. Despite this, she still thinks I have called 86 times. Would you be able to offer me some guidance or if anyone has been experiencing similar issues? Has this happened before with the social services in England? I'm also living in another country, not England.
