Nothing changed in the enviroment and it wasn't working from the beginning.
Share to Teams Outlook Add-in grayed out

Currently, every user has this issue. The option to share to teams in outlook is grayed out. New Teams meeting is working and meet now is working in outlook.

Is it a suddenly occurred issue after any changes made in your environment?
Do you mean both the button on the ribbon and in the Teams menu at the top of the email are grayed out?I checked it in my Outlook which has the same build number as yours and it's working fine:
Given current situation, please try signing out and then signing in again to the Teams client using the proper user account and see how it goes. In case the issue persists, it's suggested to try reinstall the Teams desktop client and check the result.

Michael Dorband 1 Reputation point2022-06-02T16:42:44.577+00:00 I have a few users that are experiencing the same issue, performed the following troubleshooting: Updated PC, uninstalled and reinstalled Teams, made sure Teams Add-In wasn't disabled, did an Online Repair of the O365 suite, and edited the Registry Keys to default values. The option in creating a meeting is still greyed out and Share to Teams will not open anything.

In Outlook, please go to File > Options > General > Privacy Settings, make sure the checkbox of "Turn on optional connected experiences" is selected, if it is not turned on, tick the box and restart Outlook to see the result:
If the issue is still there, in order to help narrow down the issue, could you login to Outlook on the web and see if you are able to use the "Share to Teams" option there:
