Can't debug with changes unless I clean the solution and use "Rebuild"

Hi,

I'm having a problem with one of the projects in a solution. Debugging the project doesn't reflect changes unless I clean the entire solution and use "Rebuild". Also breakpoints aren't being hit.

I've checked Configuration Manager to make sure that the project is set to build and it is. I've also checked Options -> Projects and Solutions -> Build and Run and everything is set properly.

I'm not sure what else to do, and trying to develop in this project is a becoming a huge PITA.

Anyone have any ideas on what else I can try?
