Try open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
Check the activation status for your Windows , you may open Settings and navigate to System->Activation and verify it has been activated.

I upgraded to Windows 11 from Windows 10 several months ago.
Last night Windows applied an update when I shut off the machine. When I started the machine, it completed the update but now I have an "evaluation copy" displayed in the lower right corner of the display.
I opened update history yet there is no history. The window states "You haven't installed any updates yet.
I use this machine daily. Is there an issue with the last update that messed up my machine?

Activation state indicates "Active, Windows is activated with a digital license linked to your Microsoft account".
I will open a feedback ticket and report back here if/when the issue is resolved.
