Saving multiple attachments (PDFs) from one email in OWA Outlook

Good afternoon!

I am attempting to find an efficient way within the web version of Outlook (OWA) to download multiple PDF attachments at once. Our work involves receipt of emails in which multiple attachments are routinely sent to us on a single email. From that email, we need to efficiently save the documents to our organization's shared drive for proper distribution through our workflow.

We have previously utilized the "Save all attachments" capability of the standard, non-web desktop Outlook in the past with great success, but our team is moving toward the use of OWA and so far has not come across an option for saving these attachments other than clicking the drop down on each individual attachment, selecting "save," and then navigating to the folder we want to save to. Due to the nature of our work, this method is far too inefficient when we're dealing with sometimes as many as 20+ attachments to one single email.

I have searched multiple times for answers on the web but have yet to turn up any other procedure than the clunky one noted above.

I look forward to your suggestions!

Best wishes,
Christine

You can automate the process with Power Automate. This can be triggered by keyword or other options.

You can start with the standard solution to save email attachments to Onedrive and then customize it to fit your needs.

I hope this puts you on the right track.
