Unable view Certificate or Transcript

Question

I have given exam for Microsoft Azure AZ 900 and received a badge on Credly, next day I received a mail containing Microsoft Certification ID, which to log on to learning dashboard and download my certificate, but when I log on to the learning dashboard and click on View Certificates or View Transcripts an empty page loads, please let me know how can I access my certificate.

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
