Certification Exam booking Issue

Hi. I am unable to book MB-330 exam.I am getting the error:
50056: Sorry, we are having a service interruption and we are unable to complete your transaction. Please contact customer support.

Kindly troubleshoot.

    I am trying to book exams via the ESI portal, https://esi.microsoft.com/getcertification - but it is just timing out?
