Caught in Authenticator Loop

I'm caught in a loop trying to sign into my ancient account. This was my first email ever so many of the things I've used for years (Xbox and word accounts specifically) rely on this account. My two-step authentication only has my mom's old phone number that no one has access to anymore (I even tried texting it to see if anyone had this number now), and the authenticator needs to be logged into using the authenticator app. I was logged into the app on a previous phone but that was broken and had to be replaced so it is obviously no longer signed in.
My cloud storage is getting very very full and I am unable to clear it out to make room for new school assignments. This is causing a lot of problems that I can't fix and the account recovery form ignores accounts with two step enabled.
Please help me, I can't find any way to talk to a person with Microsoft support.

Via https://account.live.com/resetpassword.aspx and selecting No/Other you should be able to provide an alternative contact point which will be used to validate your identity and change this.
