My company uses the authenticator app to verify log ins and stuff. I recently got a new laptop and new phone. When I went to install the authenticator app on my phone I needed to log into my account within the app.
However the app asked me to authenticate my account using the authenticator app, which I couldn't do as this was the app I was trying to log into...
When I say "I can't use the app right now" the other open to input a code from the app, which again I can't do.
I have asked my company to turn off 2FA but they say it is deactivated on my account. Can anyone help!?!
