How to resell Microsoft product keys legal

Hello there

i'am Mohamed from Morocco and im planing to start an online business, already bulding a website and start the creation of my LLC Company for non US resident, now i am looking for how to be a Microsoft product keys reseller like windows and office...

if you don't mind guys i need you to provide me with a step by step instruction of where i apply for it and all the requirements and is it legal to register with an LLC or LTD and who's better in this two to be approved for the purpose of being a Microsoft reseller.

one thing if i found a Distributors that meets my requirements and needs. do i just have to contact them instead of Microsoft directly and made my order there without being a part of Microsoft Partner Network ?
