Can't create new Azure Tenant

I deleted my old Azure Tenant under my current MS account. I followed the steps of assistant to delete it.

Now I want to create a new Azure Tenant but the option "create new" is not active.

When I click the Azure AD Tab on portal.azure.com I receive an error message:

The logged in user is not authorized to fetch tokens for Microsoft_AAD_IAM because the user account is not member of the tenant <tenant id>

This user (MS Account) was the initial global administrator of the deleted tenant.

Any ideas?

    @Tobias Hüpgen
    Thank you for following up on this!

    From your screenshots and error message, it looks like you can't create a new Azure tenant within the Azure Portal because your user - from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services'.

    Since your user doesn't belong to any Azure AD Tenant, I'd recommend leveraging our Azure Sign Up page to see if you qualify for an Azure free account or Pay-as-you-go. Using the Sign-Up page, you should be walked through the initial sign-up process again and an Azure AD tenant should be created for you.

    If you're still having issues, I'd recommend reaching out to our customer service number for your country/region or our Azure Cost Management team.

    If you have any other questions, please let me know.
    Thank you for your time and patience throughout this issue.
