How can I know the path?

Currently, Android doesn't support this, but the OEMs provide drivers to do so via the Android Debug Bridge for development and testing. This is what Android Device Manager will use. You can refer to https://developer.android.com/studio/run/device and https://developer.android.com/studio/run/oem-usb and https://developer.android.com/studio/command-line/adb.
