I can't setup my computer

Hi, I just bought a new computer from my friend and she just reset the computer so it would delete her stuff. As we're going through the setup process for me it took me to this page in the screenshot.

I do not know what Crossfuze is and neither does my friend and none of my emails of which I assumed I had Office 365 for work. I really need help with this as I don't know what to do.

From the screen shot you provided, it seems that the device is in "Crossfuze" organization. The only way is to look for the IT of "Crossfuze" organization to remove this device.

Given this situation, it is suggested to create an online support ticket to find if there is any method to find the organization from backend. Here is the support link：

The problem is that when my friend first got it, it never asked her to go through all of that. So I don't know how or why it would be doing it now.

@Evan Weaver I really understand you, but there is nothing we can do by ourselves. As I said before, please try to create a ticket to find a possible method from backend.

Consider installing a fresh operating system with drivers and applications.

The drive could also be cleaned before the clean install.

Post information on the computer or motherboard manufacturer.
