Azure Subscription

Question

I recently started a paid Azure subscription but I cannot remember the e-mail address I used and I am being charged monthly. Please help.

Looks like you have converted from a free to pay-as-you-go plan, you can stop payment through your credit card company this way your recurrence charge will be stopped then contact Microsoft support to recover your account and resume your service.

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum .
This should go through support , Please create a Azure Support ticket with Billing team they should be able validate you and provide further details.

Without proper validation it would be impossible to co-relate Credit cards to Emails ID, subscription ID's etc .
