Application Gateway Backend pool is not working

Hi Team,
I have created two different Default .html page to verify whether Application gateway can be accessible over that based on the Backend pool configure with VM's . The 1st VM able to connect but not the 2nd VM . Throwing the below 404 error .

- What is the SKU of your Application gateway?
- What is your listener configuration? Is it basic listener or multi-site listener?
- What is the rule configuration? Is it basic rule or path based rule?

What is your listener configuration? Is it basic listener or multi-site listener? :- Basic Listener
What is the rule configuration? Is it basic rule or path based rule? :- Basic Rule
Please suggest me quickly on this as I am accessing the Free Trail account . Thus will delete the resources to avoid additional costs .

Thank you for the update.
I believe you are trying to replicate the below tutorial:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/application-gateway/quick-create-portalIf a webserver cant find the page a user request, it responds with a 404.
Application Gateway sends the probe as an HTTP GET request to the backend server. The default probe will be to <protocol>://127.0.0.1:<port>/, and it considers response status codes in the rage 200 through 399 as Healthy. If the server returns any other status code, it will be marked as Unhealthy.
From your screenshot, I see you have /videos/Default.html added in the URL.
- If you have a basic rule, why the URL has specific path in it?
- Do you have a custom probe or a default probe configured in your App gateway?
- Are you able to access the application page on the local host of your 2nd VM?
- Could you please share your backend configuration? Do you have a single backend to test load balancing or 2 different backends to test the paths?
