I have a new laptop and am running 365 on it. When I set up 365, it brought in all my emails which was great. However, it didn't bring over any of my folders or my archives. How do I transfer those emails to my new laptop?

    Hi @Christine Miller ,

    Welcome to our forum!

However, it didn't bring over any of my folders or my archives.

What folder do you refer to? Are they the folders you create by yourself?
And what archives do you refer to? Are they archive files or emails in archive folder?

As far as I know, as an exchange account, when you configure it to a new computer, the mail, contacts, calendar, tasks and notes in the folder in the mailbox will be synchronized. Considering that you mentioned that some messages are not displayed, it is recommended that you try to export those messages on the old computer to a .pst file for backup, and then import the .pst file into the new computer.
For more information about exporting to and importing a .pst file, please refer to:
Export or backup email, contacts, and calendar to an Outlook .pst file.
Import email, contacts, and calendar from an Outlook .pst file

Hope to help you! If the above doesn't help, please provide more information about your case.
