will time difference between windows server 2008 cluster node trigger failover ?

when two cluster node of Windows server 2008 have time difference, will it trigger failover behavior ?
any official documents mention this time difference issue ?

    Are you seeing a failover situation? A difference in time should not cause a failover behaviour.
