Can not Signin Domain Manager

I can no longer sign in to Azure Domain Manager with my Azure account.
Previously, I was able to sign in from the URL below.

It may be a silly question @FORESTEC but does it work when you open it from the Azure portal?

Thank you for your comment.
You can no longer transition from the Azure portal because the link that transitions from the Azure portal to Domain Manager has been removed.
You are already logged in to the Azure portal.
Also, I tried to log in to Domain Manager with the user name and password of the Azure portal, but it failed.

@FORESTEC if your subscription was **Pay-As-You-Go* subscription, access to Management Portal has been disabled. If your subscription is not a Pay-As-You-Go, then there's a different issue going on. If that's the case, respond to the private comment below for next steps.

@Ryan Hill could you please help me out. I am going crazy trying to transfer my domain out of azure.

I can't log into Azure Domain Manager and have a pay as you go subscription.
There is hardly any up-to-date documentation on it and the log-in and reset also are not working.

Please help

Just follow up on our offline discussion @HuzMS , but your domains have been successfully transferred to your new domain registrar. Glad to hear your issue resolved itself.

Yup Thank you for the help :)

My issue was that Namecheap said it was awaiting the previous registrar to release my domain. And after looking on the net I believed I had to manually release them.

But in the end it is an automatic process I suppose which takes a few days to accomplish.

All I had to do to start the process was to hit the Azure api from Powershell as mentioned in some articles inorder to get the code for the domain(s) to begin the process of transferal.
