Login to unmanaged tenant

Hello everyone,

here's the thing - as it turned out, we had two tenants in the company - one centrally managed (which I have access to) and one unmanaged. On the unmanaged one our company domain was assigned because our employees had registered with it before.
In order to move a domain from unmanaged tenant to managed one, I performed internal domain takeover by PowerBi and everything worked fine.
Unfortunately I do not remember which account I used to register in PowerBi, and what's worse, when I changed the domain users, I also changed mine (that is the account which I used via PowerBi), which made me log out and since then I cannot log in, and what's even worse, none of the users of the unmanaged tenant can log in to their old account.

Are there any available solutions to this problem? Does this unmanaged tenant even still exist?
I will be grateful for any help.

Just removing the domain from unmanaged tenant should not delete it as far as I know . If you were able to takeover the domain and move it to the managed domain and move the users to the managed tenant as well then the old unmanaged tenant has become orphaned with no users in it . As per your details , it seemed that your goal was to move your company domain from unmanaged to managed tenant ? If any of the users remember their old username then they can use the tenant name to logon.

They can try user@jaswant .onmicrosoft.com rather than user@jaswant .com assuming abc.com was the domain that you wanted to remove and the name of the Azure AD tenant for unmanaged domain was abc.onmicrosoft.com . Can you check with any other user to try the same and try to logon if they remember their username . If all users were removed then the tenant is orphaned and may not be accessible as far as I think.
