Scheduling Exam Issue

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I had attended a training event for Exam AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals using this email address in May/June and had received a voucher for the exam,
But now if I am trying to schedule for the exam, it is prompting:
50056: Sorry, we are having a service interruption and we are unable to complete your transaction. Please contact customer support.

Can you please look into the matter?
P.S. Waiting for your response at the earliest as my 3 months limit is going to expire soon.

    Many users are facing this issue today
