one drive wont open

im having an issue with one drive on three computers. when launched a small blank window opens 20846-capture.jpg

1: /api/attachments/20846-capture.jpg?platform=QnA and just sits there when launched from the Notification Area Icons i get 20890-one-drive2.jpg

can anyone give me some sort of idea how to solve this?
