I tried to export Azure SQL database and that got stuck for several hours in 1%. After that I cancelled export process with Powershell and now it's stuck for cancel in progress...
I have tried to scale database but that didn’t do anything.
What else can I do?
The operation is still running. I think I have to open ticket for Azure support...

was it resolved?
In my case also database export operation is stuck at "cancelInProgress" since last 24 hours.
In my case there was a resource lock preventing the private endpoint connection from being deleted, I removed the resource lock and deleted the private endpoint connection, and it worked!
The cancelllation will probably finish on 3-4 hours, but you can also try the following if those hours turn into a lot more than that.
Can you delete the storage account you were using to export? If you don't have other files there.
Try setting the firewall with the option "Allow Azure services and resources to access this server" to No.
