Interactive seating chart tool or a mechanism to know when people are working remotely or in the office?

Hi,

Is there any Microsoft app that we could use to know when people are working remotely or in the office? Microsoft Teams only give us an online presence, but we need a mechanism to know when people work remotely or in the office?

Please advise. Thanks.

    Per my knowledge, there is no such Microsoft app now. As an idea, you can try to retrieve end user ip and determine if it is in your company's ip segment.
