    Hi @Jayashree P

I would seek your help in getting my emails delivered to both MS office 365( primary server) and Google workspace.

Did you mean currently you are sharing a same SMTP domain between Office 365 and Google workspace, and would like all users to receive emails?
(if the MX record is pointed to Office 365 server, only mailboxes hosted by Office 365 can receive emails correctly)

If I misunderstood it, please feel free to correct me.

If this is the case, you may configure your domain from authoritative to internal relay in Exchange Admin Center.

Then create a connector to route emails to Google workspace.

Here are some links which may be helpful for your reference:
Manage accepted domains in Exchange Online
Set up connectors to route mail between Microsoft 365 or Office 365 and your own email servers
Configure Email Coexistence between Office 365 & Google Apps
