Im having problem opening an edited file in my Samsung Galaxy S4 with Word 365. The file was from my laptop which also have Microsoft 365 installed. I transferred the file to my tablet, opened and edited without any issues. However on opening the file after editing and saving. It says: "Word found unreadable content.... do you want to recover?" When I clicked OK, it simply says: "Sorry, something went wrong... cant open"
According to your description, your issue is more related to Word for Android, which is not supported on Q&A currently. Please refer to DSPatrick's replay.
