need message tracking logs

Hello All,

Please help me to extract the message tracking logs within our Contoso.com domain via office 365 - exchange online portal. Please help me with kb article.

Sender: john.dave@Company portal .com

Recipient: john.abraham@Company portal .com

report for days: 30 days

Please access Exchange admin center>Mail flow>Message trace. (Direct link: https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com/#/messagetrace)
Fill in the required fields and it would generate a report of the result.

Do not that anything above 10 days is generated asynchronously, so you'll have to wait for the report to be generated.
