management groups permissions

Hello,

We have CSP managed subscriptions with 2 owners. One of the owner has created a management group heirarchy and moved couple of subscriptions under different mgmt groups. I being the owner not able to make any changes to the mgmt groups heirarchy.
Not able to understand what other level of permissions required. please help.

Have you been made an owner of the management group(s)? This is a parent level above the subscriptions so even if you are a subscription owner you will not have owner access on the management group(s). The creator/owner of the management group(s) would need to make you an owner of the management group(s) if you need to make changes to these.
