Hi All , We have configured Printer redirection in our Azure Virtual Desktop infra which is working fine as expected.

But we have a requirement to print directly from Specific application which may trigger multiple workorder printing at a time, currently (from local PC) they are copying all the jobs to the network printer queue using the copy source files \Network printer server\Printer dos command.

But in our scenario, the end users who access the AVD solution is in different network and can't do network transfer the files to printer, can someone advise on this please

    Hi @Julie M ,
Thanks for posting your query on Microsoft QnA.
I understand you want to know a way by which you can implement multiple workorder printing from within your AVD session host.
I have thought through the feasible options and I am adding my thoughts, please do let me know if these options will work for you?
Meanwhile, I am also trying to check internally with others on their thoughts in implementing such a solution.

1 - Instead of using printer redirection, you can use AVD web client, which has remote desktop virtual printer that will create .pdf files that gets saved to 'Downloads' folder in the local PC. From there, you can print the pdf file using local printer , and the AVD infra being in a different network won't be an issue.

2 - Configuring a VPN s2s connection between the VNet and on-prem network.

Let me know if these work for you and if it helps then please do accept as answer.
