Use same custom domain on global Azure CDN and Azure CDN China

Hi everyone,
I'm struggling to find information on the matter: is it possible to use the same custom domain on Azure CDN Global and Azure CDN China, at the same time?
Our reasoning was that, since Azure China is operated by 21Vianet and it appears to be disconnected from Azure Global, we could activate the custom domain first on Azure CDN Global, then modifying the CNAME to point to Azure CDN China, thus having both active at the same time.
The use case is having Traffic Manager decide where to direct the user based on their geographical location.
Thanks everyone in advance for your time!

    Hello @Marco Lodini ,

I understand that you would like to know if it is possible to use the same custom domain on Azure CDN Global and Azure CDN China, at the same time as your use case is to configure Traffic Manager for deciding where to direct the user based on their geographical location.

I reached out to the Azure CDN Product group team and below is their response:

Yes, it is possible. As long as the domain is registered in China, it works with Traffic Manager to route traffic. The domain has to be added to China CDN first, it’s part of endpoint creation.

Since we do not have access to Azure CDN China cloud, I'm unable to provide much inputs on this.
If you have any follow-up questions, please feel free to ask them below in comments and I will contact the Product group team for further information.

Kindly let us know if the above helped or you need further assistance on this issue.
