Bluetooth problem

When I turn on my laptop I get a notification that Bluetooth hardware is removed? What to do?

    1) In the left lower corner search type: msinfo32 > save as NFO (do not save as text) > post a share link into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

    2) Open device manager > click view > click show hidden devices > manually expand all rows > look for any row displaying a yellow triangle with black exclamation mark or unknown device > post images or share links into this thread

    3) Run this Microsoft Windows troubleshooter using administrative command prompt:

    msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic

    Click view detailed information > post images or share links into this thread

    4) Download and install: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18002/intel-driver-support-assistant.html
