Hi everyone, if I have a non routed vnet for some vms. Is there any way to reach management.azure.com or make it available from within that vnet ?

Hello @RajatWadhwa-9729 ,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Platform. Thank you for reaching out & hope you are doing well.
Could you please confirm if by "non-routed Vnet", you mean an isolated/private Vnet without any connectivity to other Vnets/Internet?If yes, could you please share your network architecture for more understanding such as:
Are you using Virtual WAN? Refer : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-wan/scenario-isolate-vnets
Do you have an Azure Firewall deployment?
Do you have any on-premise connectivity to this Vnet via site to site vpn or ExpressRoute?
Are there any UDRs associated to the subnets within this Vnet with forced tunneling/default route?
Are you using service endpoints/private endpoints?
I'm following up on my above comment. Could you please provide the requested details for further discussion on this issue?
Could you please provide an update on this post for further discussion?
