Retail prices API - incorrect results - locaiton+armRegionName parameter does not work

Trying to lookup spot prices for EU West. The result contains records from all over the world.

    Issue summary:
    API to get pricing for Azure Spot VMs.

    Solution:
    Product team has confirmed that API to check Spot VM pricing is in the roadmap and will be rolled out soon.
    The API that you shared above covers all other types of Azure VMs but not Spot VMs.
