The link in item 3 to lifecycle of newer versions of C++ redistributable has no listing for newer versions. Where can I find EOL dates for Visual C++ Redistributable 2010, 2013, and 2015?

Like DSPatrick said, now there is no download resource of the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable(not SP1), since it is ended of support. The Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package MFC Security Update is the latest version of it, if you have applications depend on it, this version should also works, please have a try with this version, if you have more issues, please feel free to let us know.

For Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable, it should follow the product lifecycle of VS 2008 and VS 2008 reached end of support on April 10, 2018. To aid the discovery of the latest downloads, the links are retained currently, but may be removed in the future.
For Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable, please check the VS 2017 product lifecycle and Mainstream Support End Date is ‘4/12/2020’, Extended Support End Date is ‘4/13/2027’.
