Thank you for your post. I understand that you are looking to remove or hide the "Can't access your account" link from the login page. We don't support hiding or customizing the "Can't access your account" link yet.

I have read that this is because the system can't identify which user needs to reset a password before the credentials are entered, so this may be by design, but it has been a pretty popular request to add more customization here.
