Any scripts available to get top external senders in Exchange online in last 6 months?

Do you mean that you want to know the top external senders who send emails to your Exchange online mailbox? If so, you could use the command below to check it:

Get-MessageTrace -StartDate 3/21/2022  -EndDate 3/31/2022 -Status Delivered | where {$_.SenderAddress -notlike "*@domain.onmicrosoft.com"} | Group SenderAddress | select Count,Name | Sort-Object Count -Descending  

Please note: The Message Trace can only find logs within 10 days.
