I have contacted one of the users and she said that she was changing a previously booked meeting, adding a Teams-enabled link (using the Teams button in Outlook).
The issue appeared when using Outlook desktop client. We have users booking rooms using Outlook client, OWA, Teams, Teams on iOS, Teams on Android, Outlook on iOS, Outlook on Android, Apple Email app etc. But I only have reports of the issue appearing on local Outlook desktop client.
There is no issue when booking from the Outlook Web Client.
We are hybrid with two servers on premise. But both our users and our rooms are remote user mailboxes.
But we have tried other rooms with no issues.
