I would suggest you to run some Diagnostics on your XPS Laptop using Dell bootable CD or from BIOS
It seems there is some Hardware or Drivers issue on your XPS Laptop.
Also , Please try below steps if its helps.
- Reset BIOS to Default.
- Download Latest Windows 10 iso and mount to USB disk then try to cleanup install using USB bootable disk
