exam replay voucher not working?

I purchased exam replay and used the first try on DA-100. This exam expires today and being replaced by PL-300. Since everyone has been taking all online proctored times with Pearson online last few days I have not been able to sign up and there are no times left. I tried to use my voucher code for the second attempt on the new PL-300 which covers the same material and it doesnt work. I contact Pearson and they told me to contact Microsoft to obtain possibly a different voucher number. Microsoft support couldnt help me and sent me here to get help. PLEASE HELP!
