MC ID and Access Code , Unfortunately, this access code has expired

Question

When i try to acces to Microsoft Learning Benefits and Exams Dashboard link and enter MC ID and Access Code to get my Transcript ID i get this error message ( Unfortunately, this access code has expired. Microsoft takes the security of your information very seriously, so access codes are only active for a limited number of days. You may request a new access code from the login page.)

Please are there any possibilities to get my transcript ID , and thank's

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
