wifi priority application in web interface

When we connect to a wifi and enter the interface of that wifi with its ip address, can an application be made where we can give priority to that wifi? For example, when we add a toggle button to the interface and activate that button, the phones always give priority to that wifi and always connect to it first. can this be done If the phone is connected to a different wifi, let it disconnect from that wifi and reconnect to the wifi we prioritized.
